I imagine the event might be pretty small being the first time in Philly , but I think it could be a fun time

Why is a car show at a navy yard? A navy would have boats, not cars.

I wanted to go and bring the Autozam, but it is broken in Kentucky currently. Clutch cable is on it’s way from Japan (well ordered anyway).

It's an business park, formed from part of the old Navy shipyard. The actual shipyard is next door.

Just the weekend when I’ll do the shock/spring swap on the Miata. If I get it all done on Saturday I might go with my son, although just four hours seems kinda lame .

Its the ex-Navy Yard, closed in the 1990s and is gradually being redeveloped as a business park and events venue. The Navy still has a small portion of it as an inactive ship storage facility and a propellor shop, and the dry docks are now a private shipbuilding yard, but the rest is offices, industrial, and open space for events. Urban Outfitters has their corporate headquarters there, as does Tasty kake.

Yep, but just as a spectator, unfortunately sold my ‘80s car earlier this year.

I thought about renting something to drive there just to get in the mood, but there’s really not much around.
